Faulty mouse

So i ordered my pc with all the peripherals from here, including a razer naga mouse. i have had a lot of trouble with the mouse since day one. very unresponsive most the time i will have to move it around in a circle a ton just to get it to move. I was just wondering how i would go about getting a replacment or getting it fixed since i am not sure i can do it through razer as i did not buy it from them

you should be able to do it through razer, you just need proof of purchase
