The CPU GPU balance is good. Power supply fine for a 3060, may need to be upgraded if you upgrade graphics cards in the future. The worrying part for me is the cooler, its a small 120mm one but it should be ok on the 5600. I have the 240mm version and its really very very good.
For gaming youll crush any 1080p title on ultra settings, you'll have very playable 1440p on high with ray tracing off.

Would up the warrenty to silver for £5 extra covers carriage costs for a year rather then a month and for upgrades in future you may want to opt for a 750rmx or 850rmx power supply

A 3060 is a great card for 1080p. It is not a 1440p card and it certainly isn’t a 1440p Ultra card.

If you can spend a tiny bit more, go with @Nursemorph’s build, but change the samsung 970 to a firecuda
