Gents,

Just thought I'd let you know I've received an email asking me to leave feedback on the process, delivery and service in general about my order and Carolines State.

Well, this is all fine and dandy, I'll be doing it after I post this. However, my riddle me this:

Who the hell actioned the request/email to me at 3.25am this morning???? *LOL*

EDIT: I've clicked the link, and I need to sign up - pain in the ass, but i have (see how ruddy dedicated I am in spreading the word!!!!). Anyhows, it's now asking me for the Invoice number. Personally, I do not see what that has to do with anything and is none of their business.

Thaks for that, your dedication to the cause is a shinning example for everyone to aspire to.

They ask for the order number just to verfiy that you are indeed a customer of ours. Obviously it would be quite easy for any old so and so, to leave non genuine reviews etc, so its a good way to ensure that the reviews are genuine, and not a figment of someones or some competitors imagination.

Funnily enough Pez, the email I recieved on Tuesday *cough* telling me that I might very nearly almost in a bit more into "building" was sent at 3.25am!

Soooooo, there is either an automated thingy that does it, some of the guys and/or gals at PCS are THAT dedicated...or the whole operation is run from India and we've been lied to this whole time!

That review brought their rating from 9.9/10 to 9.5/10.
Still I doubt anyone readin those reviews will have any doubt in their mind about where to go to get their pc's...

Yeh whats stupid is that even the standard warranty includes 1 month collect & return so dont know why hed have had to pay for delivery
Sounds like lies to me.....

Also Pez you forgot to mention the awesome peeps at the forum :p
good review otherwise though :)

The thing that amused me was that shortly after I posted my review somebody came along and slated my review saying it wasn't specific enough and that if I did something about it he'd come back and leave more positive feedback. So be warned, your review will be reviewed!!

Similar to you Pez, I didn't like having to to sign up to give a review as I'm never that keen on passing on my email address willy nilly but dedication to the cause out weighed the concern. After all, PCS fully deserve the praise and recognition for the super service they provide us.

Im guessing that you dont really want to be trying to resolve 'issues' with randomers looking to scathe your name though. They are impossible to reason with often enough.
