Two factors made me choose to buy laptops from PC Specialist
1) the ability to choose the exact specs I need
2) fantastic customer service
They've nailed it
In doing do, they've solved the awful problems which huge companies in the pc market are failing to address
My first one lasted 5 yrs & still works but after heavy use, its motherboard seems to be failing
So I've just got my second one & am delighted with it
