Good day,

I just have a couple of questions.
I want to buy myself a prebuilt, but once I use the configurator doesnt show VAT - the price is the same with or without VAT.
1.What VAT will I pay-UK or Bulgarian?
2.First time Im importing any product, any other Import fees that I should know about?
3.Is there some way to see the total price with VAT using the configurator?
4.For example,if I should order a 1000 GBP system, what would the final price look like?

Hey ;)

1. Bulgarian VAT is 20% and it will be due for Bulgarian customs or tax office. Once a PC reached Bulgarian customs, a delivery company will most likely contact to you for the outstanding VAT so you could pay it.
2. There are no import fees for PC and PC components to EU from the third countries as PC and PC components are zero import fee products.
3. I don't think so. PC Specialist seems to be not registered VAT payee for VAT in Bulgaria.
4. Total + standard Bulgarian VAT, which is 20% You may change a currency to your local currency, if you want.

Am i paying both UK and Bulgarian VAT?
Im going to try to contact support
If you choose Bulgaria in the top of the website and Bulgaria in the order page bottom as a delivery destination, your total price should be same excluding Vat as including VAT. This means that Bulgarian VAT isn't applied, and also UK VAT not applied.

Bulgarian VAT would be due to Bulgarian government once a PC arrives to Bulgarian customs. A delivery company would contact you then by email or phone asking to pay Bulgarian VAT to them. Just make sure they can confirm you the details of your order so you know what you're paying for.

Hope that clarifies ;) It's actually not as complicated as it may sound.

Make sure that PCS include your phone number clearly on the outside of the package. That way if there are any issues at the Bulgarian border, customs can contact you quickly to explain what you need to do.
