Financial HELP PLS

I really think that will be incorrect - you must have some number to track your agreement because you have ALREADY signed up for finance or your PC won't even be built...

They must be quoting some reference number or similar in any of the correspondence from Hitachi
there's an application reference however that didn't allow me to sign into hitachi when I tried so

this is what it says about the billing, and it confused me because of where it said "subsequent payments will be due"

So that sentence just means that each payment after the first (subsequent = next / following) will all be billed on the same date each month (i.e. if your first payment is on the 3rd of the month, each following payment - ie subsequent payment - will be on the 3rd each month).

so, these 12 months, I wont have to pay whilst I save up for the final pay off?

You don't have to pay anything until the date stated on the agreement, when you get the Hitachi account set up it will tell you on the homepage when your payments will begin. If you pay it all off before then there is no monthly payments

Things I will say :
If you do not understand how the finance stuff works, get someone you know and trust to explain it to you, you should not sign anything you do not understand
This comment applies to anything you sign, but especially when its finance related

When I went with Finance the rest of the information, such as the agreement number, was sent to be once the Finance official started which, in this case, is when the PC is dispatched by PC Specialist.
I wouldn't worry about it right now. Wait until it has been dispatched and then see if you receive the rest of the information.

Waiting for everything to come through then is too late if they do not understand what they have signed up for. The OP really needs to ensure they fully understand the contract they have signed - ideally they should understand it before signing it.

Yes all the information is sent through again at the time of dispatch but now is the time to raise any queries on the contract itself and within 14 days of signing up you have a right to withdraw if you do not agree to it.

People are too quick to click yes yes yes yes to things without understanding some ramifications that might occur if they forget or didnt understand their obligations under a contract / terms and conditions etc.

When your PC is delivered you'll get an e-mail from Hitachi Finance asking you to create an online account. Once you've done this it shows you your agreement, outstanding balance and all the documents you signed. It is really confusing as the account will show the outstanding balance with their interest added, which isn't what you'll be paying if you're planning on paying in full before the 12 months is up like I'm doing.
So what you do if you want to pay it off in chunks is go into the make payment option, it lets you select your amount and then bills the card you used to create the finance agreement with. This screen will show you the correct balance amount and how much is remaining without the added interest. You can also call a phone number and do it over the phone. There's a £29 admin charge for early settlement, but it's only paid once you clear the last £1 off the account.

This is taken from my contract. It is very likely yours is the same BUT you should check in case any addresses or details have changed.

There is the £29 admin charge regardless. There are no mandatory payments in the first 12 months.

No they don't, you can pay however much you like whenever you like. As many payments as you want within the first 12 months. The only extra charge is the £30 settlement fee for settling early.

After the 12months it will then go into a monthly direct debit

You need to read the agreement, it’s all stated in there.

You have 4 years or whatever to pay it off.

There’s no interest to pay in the first 12 months.

If you pay if off early there’s a £29 early settlement fee.

You will receive the hitachi account details when the pc is despatched and your agreement starts.

Once you have your online account you can make a payment at any time through your online account.

It has already been explained a few times:
If you pay it all off in the first 12 months there will be the £29 admin fee added
If you do not pay it off within the first 12 months you will start being charged monthly and it will be taken out of the account you specified, and interest will be added
