A build like this deserves the 750W RXm (the RXm being the important part). Better warranty, more efficient, better components, fully modular, runs in completely silent mode most of the time.... etc, etc, etc.
The 650W TXm is a decent PSU and has enough headroom for your system..... it's splitting hairs when considering the entire value of the budget though.
Looking at the case you have picked, you could put a little more to it and go for the 500D SE. Best looking case from Corsair IMO.
