This is the first PC I have not built myself. My last PC is 7 years old and due to being overworked it has become laggy.
I hope this build serves me well

Ideally, we would like to know a budget, monitor and uses as per above link.

I'd avoid Intel, so this would be something I'd be happy to buy myself (except the case which I probably change, but that's more of a personal choice).
