First PC help

Hi, I've been contemplating getting a pc however I have no idea where to start. All I know is that I want a pre-built as I would have no idea how to build one. I would be using for streaming mostly. Any recommendations and help would be appreciated. Thanks

We'll need to know what your maximum budget is so that we're not speccing systems you can't afford.

Will you need a monitor and keyboard/mouse as well?
