What monitor are you pairing it with, what resolution and refresh rate or make and model if you’re unsure?

I'd up the wifi card to the next one, far more modern support
Drop the GPU to the 1660 Super, no benefit to the 2060, it's overpowered for 1080p.
You can drop the cooler to the default one which is excellent if you wanted.
You'll need a better case, the Fractal G is the best budget case
With the money you've saved, I'd get the highest tier M2 drive which is PCIe 4 since you've got an x570 board.

I have also been doing some researching and noticed that the 2060 super is much better than the 1660 variants for COD modern warfare which is the main game i will be playing.

Is the 1660 ti better than the super. I will most likely be using ethernet so will i need the better wifi card.
If you're not going to be using it then drop the wifi completely.

1660ti is only slightly better than the 1660 Super but a lot more money, it's not worth it. The Super basically is a much newer model.

I have been watching comparison vids on Youtube between the 1660s and 2060 super. From this i believe the 2060 super is much better. However, i may be wrong in saying that.

The 2060 is of course much better but it’s not a 1080p card, it’s for 1440p.

Oh ok. This might be a big ask but would you be able to do a suggested config for me using the 1660super

I agree with getting the Fractal case....I have a system which is similar to yours (see my sig) and the case is fantastic with air flow...it is a low budget case with high level performance....could be argued that, even if it cost £100 it would still be excellent value (well, I could argue that anyway)
It is by far the best budget case available, there’s nothing that comes close.
