Is this for gaming?

Whats your max budget and what monitor, resolution and refresh rate?

Generally, the 3600 will be fine with stock cooler and normal paste. Faster RAM (3200 or 3600). The sata ssd storage should be swapped for an m.2 ssd (much faster) and there is better wifi cards. The case can also probably be improved.

I wouldn't recommend that build at all, it's a bit all over the place to be perfectly honest.

Rather than screen shot, if you copy the URL at the bottom of your listing and just paste that, it allows us to go in and tweak :)

Need to know uses and monitor/resolution/refresh rate..... but with your current selection of the 2080S remaining, this is more fitting...

https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/saved-configurations/amd-am4-gen3-pc/n!RgY6t2br/ iv done that same as what you said but cooling wise is it okay to have the better stuff for me

The stock cooler is excellent on the 3600. More than capable. The one you have selected will actually be a down-grade believe it or not. I would leave the cooler absolutely stock.

With regards to the GPU, the 2080S is far too much for a 1440p screen. What is the refresh rate of it? If it's more than 100hz you will want to choose the 2070 Super, if it's less than 100hz the 2060 Super has you covered.

The money saved can be put towards the next generation GPU next year to keep you on top. It's never recommended to over-spend on the GPU as it will ALWAYS be the first component you swap out :)

I just want to make sure i can run games at around 100fps on this pc, games like apex legends destiny..

I'm not sure you are quite following how the technology works.

If that 4k monitor is definitely your monitor, the maximum you will be able to run is 60 FPS.... as it's a 60hz monitor.

If you wanted to run more than 60FPS you would not only need a different monitor, but likely a 2080Ti GPU as the 2080Super is going to struggle for high refresh 4k output.

It will run fairly good graphics settings at 60fps. The really good thing about that monitor is the fact that it has adaptive sync. This means that even if you drop below 60fps, it should remain buttery smooth :)

So this graphics card will only run 4k ? Or can it run a lower setting aswell ?

It'll run anything you like really. The lower the resolution, the more FPS it will process. You want to match the GPU to the monitor though.

If it were me, with the 2080S I would look at UWQHD to be honest. Something like this....

It's basically 1.5 x the width of a normal monitor while being 1440p and a decent refresh rate.

Spending a bit more would get you a higher refresh rate...
