Get the faster RAM. AMD CPUs benefit from RAM frequency (as indeed do Intel's, especially in some games).

550W PSU will open up more upgrade options.

RTX 2060 is a bit of a waste for 1080p 60hz gaming on a low end monitor. Unless you're majorly hyped for those free games (in which case you're probably buy the deluxe editions with any season passes anyway?) the 1660 ti might be better value. Combine the savings with some of your excess budget into a better monitor, preferably one with Freesync. The AOC G2460VQ6 has a very good freesync range.

As for the monitor, I've already bought it. I might get a better one in the future.
