First Time VR Gaming PC

i(Apologies if i misspell anything) Im am a 13 year old boy looking for some guidencence i have been doing research into PC's and know a fair bit however not enough. I am looking to buy a gaming PC that can run VR preferably Oculus Quest / Rift s. I am not too bothered about ultimate graphics as long as it still feels immersive enough. I will most likely play games such as Boneworks, TWD: Saints and Sinners and other stuff of the sort if anyone can make my PC configuration cheaper in any way that would be great. Thankyou!

For VR you need some power, you really need a minimum of an RTX2070 Super and you're looking at a budget of around £1500. The build you've posted is perfect, apart from the GPU and case (Fractal Focus G is an excellent budget case) and you'd want an M2 drive instead of the SSD (500Gb minimum for OS and games).

VR has specific requirements and if they're not met, you'll experience motion sickness which is very uncomfortable to the point where you won't want to use it. It's not the case that it will just look bad, you'll actually feel horribly sick and get lightheaded.

You're basically pushing 2 x 1440p screens at a minimum of 90fps and that's assuming the lowest standards. A 2070 Super is the bare minimum.

Unfortunately that's not going to be anywhere near powerful enough for the Index to have a decent level of operation.

The minimum specs should be taken with a pinch of salt to be honest. I'm using a 2080 overclocked to run mine. It does a fine job but the 2070S would be the minimum recommendation for AAA games.

You CAN do this inside £1500 but there will be some compromises unfortunately, based on your current selections.
