I bought a custom PC last month with a Palit 2gb GTX 670 GPU. I recently learned that PC specialist is one of the retailers that gives this offer of free borderlands 2 game with nvidia gtx 660 ti and above gpu's.

http://www.geforce.co.uk/landingpage/free-game-borderlands-2

Now I checked the terms and conditions and since I bought my PC from PC Specialist in August I should of got this offer.

Not only did I not recieve the game coupon code or the offer but I was not even told I could claim it or was suppose to.

Is there any way to get this offer now please? I try using live support but was ages waiting.

You could try sending an email or send a message from your account to request the code for the game.

I am going to message them about this, too, as I purchased a GTX 670 On August the 29th, alongside my PC.

However, let me know how your inquiry progress anyway.:p

Hey dude,

I got my reply just now. Basically, as I suspected might be the case, you do not get the code until you receive the PC. I assume it comes in the GPU box.

It will be a piece of NVidia branded paper with a code on it inside your welcome pack, along with all the manuals and driver disks for your PC

I recieved nothing to do with my GPU except my GPU drivers disk. No code or booklets with nvidia on them.

Still waiting for support to reply.

As the GPU is in the PC already, you won't receive a box or owt, but there is plenty of gubbinz in the welcome pack. As this will simply be a single piece of paper with a single string of numbers/letters on it can easily get missed. As its Sunday and PCS can't do anything now, I would dig through it all again just to make sure it didn't slip by undetected :) (although what was strange was I couldn't even see anything about it on the PCS site, or when I went to the configuratron and selected the appropriate GPU, so don't know what the deal is really)

I think the deal ended a week ago or so, so it no longer shows up.

Hi Guys,

Sadly you are incorrect, we only got copies of Borderlands 2 with the 660ti - which was started long after you even ordered your PC Troneon, we dont get to choose this but they only came with the 660ti for ourselves.

The people that ordered a 660ti when the promo was on recieved their copies, they were limited and only for 660ti buyers, if you didnt recieve a code then you either didnt order a 660ti or your order was done before / after the promo.

Sorry but according to the terms and conditions the offer was for 660 ti's and all above GPU's including the GTX 670. I should of recieved a code. Also my order was done during the offer timeline as per the terms and conditions.

It's all right there on the Nivida Website, clear to see.
