free utility to measure power use

hello,does anyone know of any ideally free utility that measures powerr use in a pc,thankyou.

There are probably some but they dont do it as accurately as from the mains.

Someone posted up Speedfan recently which I'm currently using, nice little utility that shows fan speeds, Core and GPU temps and also voltage. You can then go on to convert volts to watts to find out your power consumption using watts = amps x volts. You'll need to know how many amps you're using though.
