Can I get my Bush DV3T2 freeveiw box to work on my Asus D700SC, or do I need some other items.

As this is a PCSpecialist forum and you're asking about a Asus computer, you're unlikely to get any answers here.
Have you tried the Asus forums, or an open forum such as Tom's Hardware or Reddit?
Although maybe it just needs to be connected to your monitor, rather than the PC (via HDMI?). If it's so old that it uses a SCART or Coax connector, then you'd need some sort of capture card.
