Full screen stuck in letterbox.

So after getting killed in dota my hand slipped hitting several random buttons on my Optimus IV keyboard making anything i launch in full screen run in a letterbox. Does anyone know the shortcut i accidentally used to make this happen, rather embarrassing issue but i couldn't find any info on it anywhere.
