Fusion Series 34" Ultra Wide 3440 x 1440 - Half Screen Black (Blank)

Hi,

I have an AIO PC with a Fusion Series 34" Screen however the operating system is only showing on half of the screen. The other half shows a black (blank) screen.

Any tips on fixing or it time to replace it?

Any advice appreciated.

Are there 'osd' settings for the display (like a button on a monitor in a traditional PC) ?? I've not used one of the AIOs before so am not entirely certain.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, there is a button on the monitor to adjust the backlight / brightness / input function but nothing else to reset or anything I have found.

I have dropped PCS an email direct too.
