You might get a faster response to the opening angle question by asking PCS directly (unless some other owner of the laptop comes back here and see's this obviously) - PCS themselves might not get a chance to see this post on the forums.
As for fan noise, I'd say its likely the fans will have to work harder on a system with a 3050Ti in it vs one that does not, so in that respect I'd expect the laptop to be louder...
