I gave up hope on actually receiving the codes months ago. What a pleasant surprise to know they're still given, when you have a chance can you let us know if they do still redeem?

They've redeemed fine! As I said not all my codes were still valid, but I still got two out of the six or so :p

It may be worth contacting whoever the codes are with, to see if they can be extended.
I got a CoD promo code with my 3080 and a Far Cry 6 promo code with my AMD CPU. Both were expired before I had even received my PC, but I contacted Nvidia and AMD and they re-validated them (as long as you send them proof of purchase and dispatch date).

If the promotion expired then PCS would not be able to generate / provide you with codes any more as they can only pass on what they get.

Unfortunately PCS cannot do anything about expired codes.

@Farstrika the above is true, however, I also did not receive any codes when my PC was dispatched etc. And they were not listed on my order details. I emailed PCS about this and they sent me the codes that I was entitled to, with the advice that they may be expired now, but to contact the providers of the codes to see if they could be re-validated.

Yeah, these are the codes I was supposed to be receiving too.

Hello @AndHob, this is what AMD asked me for. Apologies, I’m on my phone at the mo, so the image may not be the best. The document I provided was the pdf receipt attached to the email sent from PCS upon dispatch of your PC.

EDIT: I should mention that they never asked specifically for a dispatch date (though this is shown on your receipt too). I got it a little mixed up, but it was 2 months ago when I did it now!

Messages going back and forth with pcspecialists atm, them saying I shud have received the codes in an email.

Me telling them I DEFINATELY haven't.

I definitely never received mine.

Although a slightly delayed response (due to how busy they are), the email team sent me my codes after the first email I sent to them.
