Game quality worse than that on YouTube videos

Hi. I just recently built a new PC (will include specs below) and noticed that different games (Metro exodus, Apex, Destiny 2, Ghost Recon: Breakpoint) seem to have worse quality than when i watch videos on youtube in full screen. All the games are running on max with same setting as the ones on videos. I mainly notice these white pixelated lines around the edges of characters and in total the image doesn't look as smooth, mostly when i move around (Metro, Apex, Destiny). When i move around, i can see these kind of smearing being left behind around the edges of player (GR:Breakpoint). The FPS amount seems to be the same tho, and seems to not be the problem on static objects.

My specs: RTX 2070 Super, Razen 7 3700x, Acer 27inch 1080p Monitor 60ghz, 16gb Ram, 700w Be quiet PSU,

I thought initially that it might be my potato office monitor that i got for free, but wouldn't whatever my monitor can show my on youtube videos, should be able to shows same in games? Any ideas?

Thank you
