Gaming laptop for Mac partition

Hello!
For the past 11 years I have used mainly Mac based technologies, a fundamental program for my work can only be used on mac products but I would like to switch to PC. I have researched and it seems like a good gaming laptop could run a workable Mac Os partition that will allow me to keep working with the other hardware I need for work (Ipad and Iphone). Without going into too much detail the program I use can be compared with an editing software so the Mac partition needs to be able to sustain it.
I am new to gaming on laptops (my current macbookpro is too old to run anything at the moment) so I don't know what performance to aim at.
What I feel strongly about is the possibility to run a good workable partition for Mac and the possibility to upgrade the performance of the laptop to keep a good usage for at least 5 years. I am not too worried about weight but I would like the size to be compact probably a 15 inch.
As far as brand name go my research pointed at: Acer Nitro 5 Gaming Laptop AN515-5 or the Razer Blade 15 Advanced. But I am not sure they are the best options.

I'm afraid that's called a hackintosh and it's not legal, Apple is licensed software and you agree to only running it on a Mac when you accept terms and conditions.

It's not something we could advise on I'm afraid

Best to check out an open forum like Tom's hardware, this forum is just for advice on pcspecialist products
