is this ok im under 18 so dont have piles of gold just yet and i dont need a flashy thing with loads of lights and stuff but... will it be cool enough (heatwise) what is the new processor like for gaming and is the graphics card decent enough i wont be playing battlefield on ultra or anything but would it get overheated
i do plan on upgrading in the future so how long would it last me? post your thoughts below games id likely be playing with loads of mods as well probably
minecraft
gta iv(and gta v when it comes out :D)
skyrim
indie games like orcs must die, dungeon defenders, etc
black ops zombies
assassins creed revelations
and other random things

For gaming it's not going to be fantastic, especially for skyrim and new releases.

The fact you beed a monitor to go with it really is going to hurt your spec. It will play games, no doubt about that and you are already aware it's not going to be playing BF3 on ultra. So providing you are happy to go on lower settings then your probably good to order.

I presume you are already maxed out budget wise, i would normaly suggest upgrading the HDD to a performance model but if your maxed out the standard one will do fine.

On the upgrade front you will be able to upgrade the GPU in the future to help with gaming but im not sure if the CPU will start to become a bit of a bottleneck or not. If it were me i would try and save up another few £ and get a better base pc to start with and upgrade that from a decent base, that way you would get much longer from it.

Hope thats the kind of advice you were looking for.

This might be abit off but looking at your price range a laptop may be able to slide in there?

Just wondering because you could get a ok gaming laptop for the price range, just checking configer now, now that monitors out of equation it will be easier to get a better spec.

ahh i see thanks but the problem would be resolution and screen size so its not really worth the money and i couldnt use the money that id save for upgrading it but thanks anyway :)
