Gaming PC or Gaming Laptop?

hi everyone!
I'm in the process of looking to buy either a pc or laptop. It will be for general use however mainly gaming. Would it be better to buy a laptop or a pc and what are the pros and cons of each. Any advice would be really appreciated! Thank you!!!

pros and cons are pretty simple and only 2:
laptop pros/desktop cons >> mobility, a laptop can be moved around or traveled with, a desktop cant
desktop pros/laptop cons >> bang for buck, desktop is always cheaper for the same performance level

that's it, those are the differences
i have a lptop because i move around a lot and also use it for work/university and i refuse to have 2 PCs when i can do with only 1

Gold Level Poster
If you don't need the mobility of a laptop, then a desktop is much, much better value. You'll get a lot more bang for your buck. Both laptops and desktops are PCs though :p
