Gaming PC, viable for HD Streaming.

So as the title inquires I'm trying to build a PC that will handle HD Streaming of League of Legends. The price range varies between 1000-2000 quid. I don't have experience with OC'ing, building my PC or any of the sort. Therefore I'm here for guidance. Been trying to build my own PC on paper but after reading reviews etc. and comments about the parts I was choosing I realized that I lack the knowledge to be able to decide what is best for me. The variety in the price range is because I'm not sure what would be enough, although I don't want to overdo it, I'd like to use the CPU for several years without any issues, so please assist! :D
Thanks in advance.

I've gone for a slightly more balanced spec for the same cashish. So just a quad core i7, but should still last ages. A GTX670 which will manage all current games at ultra settings. I upped the mobo to the 'pro' version just because it had won some awards :). Added a higher wattage PSU, and made the HDD a Caviar Black for better performance. The case choice is subjective, I just put a mid range one in that didn't look too OTT, but everyones tastes are different.

You might find you can lower these specs depending on what expectations you have ie. do you want to play your games in 'ultra'? Plus you may only need an i5? Can you give us some more info about what you will be using it for.

keynes will be along soon...he knows his way around the configurator...

When you say HD LoL streaming do you mean game capture? If so you might look into 16gb of ram (its cheap) and perhaps a sound card.I'd use Kruppsy's rig as a starting point and work from there. If you are doing some game capture I'd up that caviar black to at least 2gb as those files are gona be sizey. For your cash & time I'd stay away from OC'ing - the specs listed above are solid and IMO you prolongue your lifespan by keeping em that way. Finally for your money you could also look at a sizeable SSD for better read/write & boot speeds.

+1 for your configurator comment sir - tip of the cap to you.

Basically I want to be able to play League of Legends in highest Quality while streaming my games on 1080pixels.
Just going over the specs you recommend, not too fund of Samsung RAM, and 1600MHz seems more attractive.
Also getting a 720W or 750W Power supply, wouldn't that be a wiser choice in case I would ever upgrade and swap out some things in the PC?
I am also dead set on GTX670 series plus anything under that seems irrelevant.

For more cpu intensive applications the i7-3770 will perform better than the i7-3820. If you are planning to add a 2nd GPU in the future you may want to consider a 750w or 850w PSU. The GTX 670 is a great choice for a gaming gpu imo.
