Can someone let me know if the below is a good build and what FPS im likely to get on a game like Warzone?

So my budget would probably be around 1300-1400 I think, could maybe push it a little
Potentially streaming and a little editing but nothing crazy, maybe for short videos from clipped gameplay but that's all, will be mainly for gaming
