Hi, do you know what's wrong with windows 11 and the Control Center?

Essentially i can't use the Control Center shortcuts and set any settings. Everything's empty there. Installed fresh on the fresh windows 11 instalation.

Do you know if it's possible to download a Control Center for the windows 11?

Hiya, is this a pcspecialist laptop? Can you post your full specs from the order page?

Here are my full specs. Now what happened was:
- installed windows 11 pro
- downloaded the Control Center files
- installed and this happens every time

So i was wondering what i happen to miss, or is there a new version of Control Center?

How are you installing windows? How are you configuring drivers? It sounds like windows isn't configured correctly and as control center is a management driver, it can't work unless the drivers are correctly configured first.

So after fresh and clean windows 11 install I downloaded all the drivers from the windows update. A few drivers were missing so I installed them from the "Tech Support > Download > Windows 10" (because there are no downloads on win11 and w10 is the same). The link:
And the name of the file I have installed is:

Now, after installing the ControlCenter, i always get the BSOD - ACPIDriver.sys PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA, which makes me think that the ControlCenter version 3.1.23.0 is out of date and messing with my memory.. Anyways, i am still searching for the latest ControlCenter and can't find it..

That chipset will be well out of date, you need to install the chipset direct from AMD / intel.

What made you think it was the chipset missing?

Because of missing drivers in "Device Manager" which were not picked by the windows update weirdly enough.., Anyways, i will see if i can find a normal Control Center version from Tong Fang guys... But if it happens you have or know where could i get it, please share it with me.

Yeah, I figured. But also, I spend an hr looking for these and I found the latest 3.9.38 version of the Control Center which is working on Windows 11 beta builds in Reddit! Just one problem though - it's in German haha!

It's not an issue with control center I don't think, windows isn't properly configured which means control center won't be able to access the drivers. As said, you need an up to date chipset driver from AMD / intel.

Drivers were updated, the issue was the old control center (version 3.1.23) had ACPIDriver.sys which is not working properly with windows 11 pro's latest beta build. And after some research and actually searching for the latest control center, i fixed my issue by simply downloading a new control center (version 3.39.38) which is working for me with no prob on win 11 pro. To answer your message - yes it is an issue with the control center, which is old for win 11 required driver maps.

You said you used the chipser driver from your ur downloads, as already said, that will be well out of date so wouldn't be compatible, you would need to use the latest from AMD / Intel

Also as i mentioned - i update the drivers, so the problem is with the old version of the Control Center.

TBH if Windows Update is not finding chipset drivers for your motherboard I would not attempt to install Windows 11 just yet. You cannot just assume that the Windows 10 drivers will do because the hardware is the same, the OS using that hardware is not the same. As @SpyderTracks has said, without the right chipset drivers installed you don't have a hope of getting Control Centre to run properly.

Windows 11 is not suitable for all builds and there may well be a good reason why Windows Update does not have a Windows 11 capable set of chipset drivers for your laptop. There is no great benefit to running Windows 11 anyway and it's does have a numbers of bugs and glitches. In your position I would hold off upgrading to Windows 11 for a few months to both allow it to settle down and for suitable chipset drivers for your build to be provided.

Yes, Windows 11 beta is not stable, but the whole point of this was that the old Control Center version was generating the old CPLDriver.sys driver file not compatible with windows 11. And the latest Control Center version i have installed is specifically created to suit windows 11 and its beta builds and it generates correct CPL driver files for the latest windows 11.. And i was asking "How can i get new version"... geez, how else i should explain?
