After some windows update, my GCU is not working anymore ( no light-system options)...
Is there a way to reinstall it or update it?
Because there is no info in the folder and I have nothing on my PCS Account since I just made it
This PC was a gift of a friend (RIP), so I have no access to the original account

You may want to call PCS, without the original account you won't have any access to drivers. If there are special circumstances they may set up an account for you bit that's something only PCS can help with.

They don't monitor these forums, none of us work for them, best thing is to call them.
