Hi so i customized a PC with a 2060 super and bought it then i changed the 2060 super to a 12gb 3060 but im not sure if i did change it but i did submit a credit note and it shows on my orders page, and I have payed. Im just wondering if this means that I will be getting a 3060 now

Go back into your spec and you should see the 2060 super listed then and arrow underneath it that says “Changed to: your new graphics card”

If it doesn’t then I suggest you phone PCS and check what’s happening.

Hi so I changed a 2060 super to a 3060 a few days ago and now I check the credit note and it sais Credit Note - refunded. Does this mean the money has now been sent back or does it mean the credit not has been changed and taken back and the change from a 2060 from a 3060 will not happen?

The payment has been refunded to whatever card you paid with. As with all refunds, this can take up to 14 days to clear with your bank.

hi so i have made alot of sub orders on my pc and i was wondering if i could see a total for all of them. they arent getting adding on to the original order price when i click show order. im not sure how to check how much ive spent

They're separate to the original order so won't be included. They're an entirely separate order.

You just tally up the individual sub orders.

Hello so my order has been dispatched and PC specialist has emailed me saying my motherboard has integrated Graphics and that I need to plug my monitor into the GPU not the Motherboard. I was wondering if since the motherboard has intergrated graphics those will be used instead of the GPU?

Not if you're plugging your monitor into your dedicated GPU

It will be set to use the graphics card, thus the reason why you need to use the ports on the graphics port, otherwise you just wont get any signal
