Gigabyte Z390 UD RGB customisation

I just found this thread while trying to find an answer to the same question. My motherboard is a Gigabyte Z390 UD: ATX, LG1151, USB 3.1, SATA 6GBs - RGB Ready. I tried downloading some RGB Fusion thing but it doesn't seem to be doing anything?

Hi Archangel, welcome to the forums. I've moved your post to its own topic as the last one was from 2017 and about an Asus mobo.
(for ref, this was the topic https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?53532-RGB-LED-Customization )

The motherboard downloads page includes "Ambient LED" https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/Z390-UD-rev-10#support-dl-utility which requires App Centre (also on the page) to work. Under Utilities.

So have a look at that.

Also what LEDs are you trying to get working? Some case fan LEDs aren't compatible, e.g. if you have a Corsair 460x case, those have their own separate controller. If it's not RGB LEDs on the mobo itself you're trying to sort the colours on, what is your full spec and what LEDs are you trying to sync together?

I installed Gigabyte AppCenter and RGB Fusion but they only seemed suited for the actual motherboard lights and not a strips plugged into it. This is my full PC specs:
