Welcome to the forums!

Ok so for your build, youve chosen the i5 2500k CPU which is for overclocking, do you plan on overclocking? If not then stick with the 2500, no need to upgrade to the 'k' version, its only benefit is overclocking.

Do you plan on SLI at any point in the future? If you do you will need to upgrade the mobo once to the ASUS® P8Z68-V/GEN3: PCI-E 3.0 READY, SLI, CROSSFIREX.

For the HDD you want to upgrade this to a branded version: 750GB WD CAVIAR BLACK WD7502AAEX, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64MB CACHE (7200rpm) is a good shout, ~£30 more for the 1TB.

Again with the PSU you should stick with a branded version, the CORSAIR 650W ENTHUSIAST SERIES™ TX650 V2-80 PLUS® BRONZE (£69) will be good.

I would upgrade the CPU cooler to SUPER QUIET 22dBA TRIPLE COPPER HEATPIPE INTEL CPU COOLER (£19) (i think its actually only £5 more, may be wrong)

Other than that it looks fine, make sure you go for the silver warranty (£5 for 1 year collet+return and parts)

Im assuming you dont need a monitor as you didnt mention this?

Heres quick build iv come up with:
