Got my laptop delivered without power adaptor

I live in Finland. I ordered the laptop from here because it had the quickest delivery time. Got it delivered on monday. 'Finally I can catch up and do my delayed study tasks' I thought...
Except they forgot to include the power adaptor.. So I immediately sent them several messages. No replies 48h later. Tried calling. Was 14# in queue. Didn't want to pay high fees and wait for god knows how long. Sent messages via livechat support after that. The guy I chatted with said he couldn't help. I asked him to let the guys responsible know about my situation. He said he'd let them know.
It's been 4 hours since the guy told he'd inform the staff about my issue. Here I am. Still waiting for a response. I feel very disappointed and angry right now and I am considering sending the laptop back and ordering the exact same laptop elsewhere.

You sent me a product I can not use, because of your mistake. I expected that my problem would've been solved with a sense of urgency after the livechat... But no. Nothing. Nada.
Mistakes happen, I get that. What I care about is how you solve this issue and so far I have been extremely disappointed and upset by the fact that absolutely nothing is being done at the moment.

Why am I posting this here? To vent my frustration and to pressure pcspecialists to take action and set things right.

This is beyond belief. Still nothing. Just did a RMA. I have never in my life experienced such awful customer service. Well actually in this case I received no service from pcspecialist staff at all.
I deeply regret recommending pc specialist to my classmate. I regret that he bought a laptop from you guys. I will not be making same mistake again.

Such a dissapointment.

Ordered the same laptop from other company. Guess what was the main reason I decided to use their services?
They replied to my messages.

Whilst it's regrettable that PCS shipped your laptop minus the power adapter, I think you're being a tad unreasonable yourself. You posted on here on 23rd September at 5:39pm by the timestamp on your original message. I indicated to you 7 minutes later that I'd passed your problem as a priority to PCS - though I have no idea at what time they picked up that priority message..

I have no idea what investigations PCS decided to undertake before getting back to you with concrete information and a proposed solution - bearing in mind of course that their order book always numbers in the thousands and with the recent major Nvidia graphics card launch they're snowed under with orders. Until they know what has happened and where your power adapter is what can they tell you?

Now you decide to return your laptop at 12:58 pm on 24th September, barely 19 hours later - and for a good 13 of those hours (between 8pm and 9am) PCS were closed overnight!! Patience is a virtue.

I do think it is reasonable to say that the customer service is awful. They have messed up the order. I have a product I can't use. I have received NO response at all regarding my situation.
I have patience, but I do not have time and that's the problem for me. See this laptop is not for leisure. It is for my studies. For heavy software. I need to reschedule my studies with my teachers again. I scheduled them previously based on the delivery time of this laptop. I can't wait no longer so I must rent a laptop for now.
The mistake of forgetting to include the adaptor is something I can accept. What I can not accept is the (lack of) response to the problem caused by this mistake.

I do get your point of view. My reaction would've been different had this laptop been intended for leisure use only.
