Will let you know in a few mins. I went back to the start to reinstall again just to make sure there was nothing left over. Just setting up now.

It's some sort of hardware issue then. I would arrange to RMA it and point PCS at this thread, especially at the dumps and event logs.

OP hasn't been on the forum since January, it's likely they may not see your question. Feel free to post a thread in the technical support section if you wish to get some advice from the troubleshooting geniuses.

Just post details of your issue and your full system specifications (which you can get from the 'my orders' section of your main PC Specialist account) and someone will assist.

Sorry I didn't see the notification, should have given an update sooner. The issue was resolved with an RMA on the graphics card. I haven't had any issues since receiving the new card.
