GPU fan Not spinning

I just want to ask, How do i start the gpu fans to spin? I have the amd Radeon 5500 XT and i have checked it on the amd Radeon software but it Still wont work. Can anyone Help me?

Is this when you're just sat using windows and not playing games? or are they not spinning when playing games.

I have a 1080 gpu and when I use windows and general browsing etc. mine don't spin, but once I start gaming and the heat goes up then they spin to keep it cool.

Mine sits around 40-45'c in everyday use, but when gaming - 70-80'c (depending on game).

Check the fans when you run a game!
