Graphic Card Choose

Hi everyone , I want to improve my graphic card but I couldnt be sure what to choose or my decisions are corret or false. So I need some help.

Here is my pc configuration

CPU: Intel i7 990x LGA 1366
CASE: Inwin Dragon Rider FUll ATX
Motherboard: x58a-oc gigabyte
PSU: 800w epsilon 80 plus

I find these graphic card are good but is it fit to my pc.
SAPPHIRE TRI-X R9 280X 3GB GDDR5 OC VERSION
Zotac GTX770 GDDR5 2GB 256Bit Nvidia GeForce

Yes, either of those cards would be fine. Personally I'd suggest a GTX970 over the 770, you get a lot more for your money.
