Graphics card not detected by monitor

Hey

Thanks for any help anyone can give me.

I was posting some photos online when the screen suddenly went blank.
The PC appeared to be fine, it hadn't switched off. I restarted it and the monitor was coming back. Also, the graphics card fan started running fast and hasn't stopped since.

I had to plug my monitor into the default PC socket and the fan still runs fast as soon as I turn the PC on, so I guess its still getting power?
I tried to run a game to see if it would give me any indication of what could be wrong and threw out the below error.

It's possible the graphics card has just died :(, especially since when using the integrated graphics you happily get a picture.

The error message is just the fact that the integrated graphics can't do what you're trying to get it to do.
