Thank you no questions concerning the ram spec. I believe everything is fine. Big thank you for replacing the mother board which was unfurtinatley bricked due to the bios update flashing process. Very lucky my device is still under warranty, and I'm very pleased with your service, and the extra silver warranty that I added to my purchase and order, as it had been back with you a good number of times, now. Very sorry for any kind of misunderstandings and sorry for inconvenience that may have been caused. Thank you for building my system for me. I am very happy with the laptop pc unit specs that I choose. I certainly exceeds my expectations, and is a very high in performance unit. I have had teething problems with windows 11 upgrading, but that very expected, and not an issue. I am a Windows insider dev user. And I have enjoyed helping with the new operating system style and configurations, as well as the features and over all experience of win 11 OS. I am a very enthusiastic PCer. And enjoy my time on the laptop, bug testing and fault reporting and suggestions of being a valued Windows insider user. And controbter.
