Grunting noise

My pc is making a grunting noise I would attach a video but no idea how or if it even lets me.
I thought it might be the fans because they were very dirty. But I’ve cleaned them fully and it’s still grunting.
I’m not sure if it is the fans since when I turn it on and they power up there is no issue at all but once it’s settled then it starts to grunt/grindy noise
Any ideas what it could be?

Is this a PCspecialist PC? Can you post your full specs from the order page?

You can upload a video to any cloud storage and post a link.

Ok, don't need to look any further.

That cooler is absolutely fundamentally unsuitable for the processor, I could say with likely certainty that it will have been running absolute hell for leather even on idle to try to tame that processor which it's not designed to do, so I'm betting the pump has failed. It's possible that's not the source of this noise, but that absolutely needs to be dealt with asap before you fry the processor / board

You 100% immediately need to swap out the cooler for something far far better like an H115i or H150i depending on what can fit in the case.

Such a shame, definitely get advice in future on a build, that system is really poorly designed.

Thank you for telling me what to upgrade. When I originally got it I didn’t have a clue really on what to add so I sorta went with what I thought was best. I still don’t have much clue other than graphics card but thanks for letting me know what to get I’ll try get one as soon as I can.
