If you can say
  • what the PC is for
  • what display you have
  • what budget you have
and ideally include the green configuration link, it will be easier to help you.

It only makes sense to comment on a build as a whole, rather than individual components: it's always about balance. That said, I would not recommend the 12700F and certainly not with the FrostFlow 100 cooler on it in any circumstances.

the pc is mainly for gaming
the display I don't know what you mean buy that question
and the budget is about 1,000-1,500

and if you don't recommend the frostflow 100 cooler what would you recommend

That's a 32" 1080p 165Hz VA display, for forum members not familiar with it!

Not a display I'd be inclined to recommend but it will at least be a good match for your budget.
