It's up to you. I suspect that PCS want to inspect the damage to the case you mentioned (was there damage to the packing box as well?) and ensure that the replacement HDD is working properly before they send it back. Since PCS are replacing the drive I think that's not unreasonable.
The case is damaged and probably will get even more damage its on the same side and the same place where HDD was located.( the upload file is too large... nice). Im about 85% for not sending it back and 15% for.

No i think the box is fine.

Nah I'm canceling RMA. next thing my GTX 1070ti gets rekt, and PCS be like "u did not purchase it from us, sorry!"
