HDMI 'No Signal'

Hi all,

I hope you're all well in these difficult times.

I bought a PC from PCSpecialist a few months ago and have recently tried setting up a second monitor. However, I am getting a 'HDMI No Signal' Error on this monitor.

For reference, please see attached diagram which has circled green, the current HDMI cable plugged into my 1st monitor working fine. The pink circle is the second HDMIR cable slot that is not working.

Note I have tried using different HDMIs, and switched the monitors around to see if the cables/monitors were the issue. The second monitor works fine when plugged into the green slot.

I have also checked my graphics card (gfx 1650) is using the latest driver) and have tried the 'display settings --> extend / duplicate display' options.

Many thanks

Terry

We love you Ukraine
You’re plugging it into the motherboard rather than the GPU, it needs to be plugged into one of the ports your other monitor is plugged into.

Thank you for the speedy response, in which case, the other slot into the GPU which is on the left handside of the green circle. Would you know the name of that slot so I can purchase an adaptor?
