i think its great value for money but ive seen a few bad reviews on pcs about late deliveries badly constructed pc and cheap components used instead of good ones now dont get me wrong i only judge things on my own experience but if im spending £1300 on a pc i want as little problems as possible more so with me been a beta testa for si games (football manager delevopers) so my pc is very important to me i dont want to be sending it of every 5 mins for repairs or faults etc :)

Bad reviews happen from time to time as an unhappy customer is far more likely to post a review than a happy one. Unfortunately from time to time things can go wrong and its not possible to win over the customer.

That said, We have won awards for our customer service (http://www.pcpro.co.uk/html/awards-2009/index.php?pageId=2) along with several other nominations. Our happy customers number in the tens of thousands and after 7 years trading are still going strong.

We only use branded and reliable components in our machines and every machine is tested throughly before it is shipped. Returned machines are in no ones interest, least of all ours!

That said, that looks like a solid gaming rig and welcome to the forums!

Try searching Google for "pc specialist reviews" - you will see that the majority of the reviews posted are positive. We're far from perfect, but we have better reviews than most. You'll find that no matter what company you search for, you'll find negative reviews online somewhere. If you don't find any reviews on a company, they're either very small or haven't been established long enough.

As already mentioned, we'll help you as much as we can and if you were unlucky enough to have a problem it will be in our best interests to correct this as quickly as possible. :)

Like i say gorman i judge on my own experence anyway mate

do you think it mite be possible to get bit of discount as in you scratch my back i'll scratch yours i'll happly spread your company round the si games employies as rest of staff are always upgrading there rigs and 4 og our test rigs need upgrading soon they usely spend arund £1500 on each rig and if there impressed could be good finacialy to your company

is there something up with live support it wont connect

Our prices are already as keen as possible and we can generally only adjust our pricing to match a competitor quote, where we deem the specification is close that what we're offering. However, if you were to refer a friend we would be happy to offer you some form of credit for this, please ask us nearer the time for confirmation.

one thing you need to bare in mind is that providing a PC is still within warranty (min 3 years it seems) then they have to cover the cost of repairing whatever is wrong, not only do they pay for components but the time it takes to fix it and send it back again etc. There is no benefit for using cheap & unreliable components :)

As they also said you will find more bad reviews than you will good. If you were to read the BT forums you'd think noone in the UK had internet :D

We're one of the largest UK based system manufacturers so we have reasonable economies of scale, and we're extremely efficient, as the majority of the administration is done through our custom designed system, so our overheads are kept lower :D

The majority of fast-track orders are delivered on time, but where we miss the deadline we refund the cost of the fast track in full but still process the order on a fast track service.
