Help after reinstalling windows..!

And being the complete idiot I am, I realised after the reset that all the software for the GPU, CPU and liquid coolers are gone..along with the drivers!

Trying to install my nvidia graphics driver always stated it is not compatible with the version of windows.

The windows version that was used was an automatic download from the windows refresh software tool.

What is my next step? do I have to reset again with a windows 10 that allows me to download the drivers? What drivers and software do I need to install regarding my build?

Can somebody please help me with this.

These are the specs;

keep running windows update till no more updates show and install all the optional ones, you may have to reboot several tinmes, then go to the nvidia site and download an install the correct drivers, once you've got that far post back here and we'll sort the rest

Spyder I have tried every way of updating, there always seems to be an error when it comes to installing..I did all 3 solutions which are to update from that page, the media creation tool and through the windows updates through the settings tab.
That's what I'm saying though. You're having to update because you've installed an out of date windows.

You need to install the current windows image.

You've installed the incorrect version of windows, it's out of date. You should only use the latest version as above.

You have to clean install, you can't do a windows reset, you have to do a proper clean installation.

Use option one from here:

Download a new copy of Windows using the Media Creation Tool to an 8GB (min) USB.
Boot that USB and choose a Custom Install.
Delete all UEFI partitions on the system drive (EFI System, Recovery, MSR Reserved, Primary).
Select the unallocated space that results and click the Next button. The installer will create the correct partitions and install Windows.
Run Windows Update repeatedly, even across reboots, until no more updates are found.
You may need/want to download and install the latest graphics driver from the Nvidia/AMD website (they change so regularly the latest version isn't always in the Windows libraries).

I suspect that you're trying to use the Windows image on the USB stick to update the running copy of Windows. What you're being advised to do is to BOOT from that USB stick and do a completely clean install of a brand new copy of (the latest version of) Windows.
