HELP - my computer will not turn on.

My computer randomly turned off in the bios's command prompt, it wont turn back on. The psu has always made a high pitched buzz (quiet) and worked fine, it made the sound before, but when I press my power button, the psu gets louder and nothing happens. The motherboard gets power as the led indicator is on but thats as far as i can get.
Help would be much appreciated.

Try to switch it off at the wall and then hold the power button for a few seconds to discharge the PC then try to turn it on again. Maybe consider leaving it unplugged for a while, 10-15 minutes or something to be sure its discharged.

Seems odd that nothing is happening at all, normally stuff starts but then stops during boot up (some 'software error'). It not turning on at all suggests hardware.

Failing the above might be worth calling PCS to get their take (unless other members on here have better suggestions than mine )
