Help needed

I have never spec'd a PC before and would appreciate some advice.

I will use the computer for web browsing, office work and wireless media streaming to an Apple TV. Yes, that's right, no games at all.

1. Noise. Background noise in my office means I won't hear a normal
CPU fan but in the summer I want to avoid any vacuum cleaner sound as
the big case fan operates. I think this means the case fan should be
quiet. I selected a 450w quiet PSU. What do you recommend? (Over
time I expect add two more 2Tb disks.)

2. USB 3 sockets. There are USB sockets on the motherboard. Why
does the configuration page give me the option of a PCI card for USB3
- aren't all the ports USB 3?

3. Displays. I'd like the option of plugging two displays in at
once. Not sure what is required for this.

Any other thoughts?

Many thanks in advance.

That seems like a nice rig for your use. I'm not too familiar with these AMD specs but it will be more than enough for what you said.

1) Caviar Greens are good for storage vs caviar blacks are for performance. I think you made the right choice in this case, the greens will also be less power-hungry. The 450W is enough for your needs even with 2 additional drives. If you want to reduce the noise you could go with a silent case like the Sileo 500.

2) On your mobo you've got 10 USB 2.0 ports, 4 being at the back and 6 at mid-board, which means 2 of them will be linked to the front USB 2.0 ports of the case and the others will be unused.
Similarly there are 4 USB 3.0, 2 at the back and 2 at mid-board, which means that you technically have 2 available USB 3.0 ports. The PCI card is if you need more 3.0 ports at the back.
You can click on the big ? on the right of the mobo to get more info.

3) The mobo has a DVI and HDMI port. You just need to plug one screen in the DVI and the other in the HDMI. Thus you'll need a HDMI cable.
