HELP please, I got a promo code, went to update my order but no where to type it in!

I went to update my order because a processor (Intel® Pentium® Dual-Core G860 (3.00GHz, 3MB Cache) + HD Graphics) I ordered wasn't in stock and found a promo code that would get me half off the upgrade but had to put my order back to the original processor because at checkout there was no where to type in promo code?

We don't have any promo codes set up for half price upgrades, or for any kind of discount on upgrades.

The only promotional codes we have in place can be found in our magazine & online adverts but these can only be used when placing the original order, not upgrades.
