Help please with Flight Sim Build

Hi Everyone,
I am in my forties and looking to get a PC and monitor for Microsoft flight sim 2020. I will not be streaming, just playing as a normal gamer. Will need keyboard, mouse, speakers, monitor. Budget around 2500 euros, but could be extended if needed. If it can be done cheaper, I'm all ears. I know very little about this so your help will be greatly appreciated. This will be my first gaming PC, and I'm absolutely lost with all the options.
Thanks in advance.

Below is a perfect starting point. I can't see any good value mouse/keyboard options in stock on PCS but the Corsair bundle is a good buy if you can find it elsewhere.

Ideally you want to hold off until Nov 5th and select the 5800X CPU along with the 3070 GPU. Both of these options will offer the absolute optimum for your gaming experience. You could get away with the 3060 but it's not announced yet. You have the budget for the 3070 so it's a fair spend with the future in mind.

Thanks very much for the expert reply. I will wait until Nov 5th as you have advised. I have a yoke, throttle quadrant and rudder pedals sorted. You have saved me an awful lot of stress. I really appreciate the help.

No worries at all. I would advise putting the build in on the 28th of October, as soon as the 3070 is released. That way it will get your place in the queue. On the 5th of November you will be able to change the 3800XT for the 5800X without any costs or etc.... and you won't lose your place in the queue. The most important factor is to be online on the 5th of November at 2pm to get your order changed as soon as you can. he quicker you do this, the sooner you will be in the queue for the new chips.

With the system above you could opt for an ultrawide monitor. This could offer a significant increase in the widescreen view for the flight sim. The monitors are more expensive but the wider you go, the better the experience :)
