Help with new gaming build

hi all, looking to move from ps5 to PC. Going to build it myself to save some cash

Budget £1k
Games - Dayz, Escape from Tarkov, PubG etc. also want to get quest 3 at some point so will want to run some games off PC for that. hopefully GTA 6 when it comes out although may need to upgrade parts next year?
current monitor is 240hz 1080p although could potentially upgrade this down the line too.

These forums are for PCSpecialist systems only I'm afraid, you'd need an open forum like toms hardware to discuss a self build.
