Hi Jamtastic,
I would say not if they have put an 850w in it, its there for a reason but I'm sure I'll be corrected if this isn't the case,
I would say you could change the memory from 1600Hz to 1333 as I don't think this is an overclocked machine, as for cooling I'm not to sure but I would assume it would be ok as it hasen't been overclocked but again I will be corrected if I am incorrect
