Hello guys!
First of all this is such a great site, its amazing, only found out about it couple of days ago!

I decided to buy a laptop mainly used for gaming and general use but I have a couple of questions that I need answered:

1) What is better for gaming, Laptops or computers?
2) Whats a better graphics card than the nVidia GTX 460M without a huge price difference ( Remember this is for gaming )
3) Can you - you guys - Build me a spec? My Budget is strictly £1,250, and once again its for gaming, ill be playing in full resolution and want the latest games to be played without problems and VERY fast. THIS IS FOR LAPTOPS!

First of all, hello & welcome!

The next Graphics Card up is the GTX470m which would add around £220 onto the price of the laptop, this takes you waaaay past your budget so it's not even worth considering. The specification you have put together is great as it is, the GTX460m is a great gaming graphics card.

The only real upgrade you can make is to get in in a bigger chassis - 17.3" Vortex II, here. This would probably add around £80 onto the overall price.

Being honest, I would look to go a little higher, just by 50quid or so. This would get you a 60gig SSD Boot with a 500gig Black backup drive

If you could live with 4gig of ram, and then upgrade in a month or two with another 1x4gig, then I can get you about £30 out of your target, AND you get the 17" Screen...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
